Specifically engineered for braces and aligners Ortho Protect is a simple home care rinse formulated with agents clinically proven to help improve homecare and prevent potential issues. Ortho Protect is a 2-part rinse featuring 4 key ingredients.
The rinse includes chlorine dioxide that can kill decay causing bacteria and breaks up biofilm; poloxamer 407 which helps create a smooth tooth surface that is more difficult for plaque to adhere to; calcium lactate which makes calcium available to the patient's teeth; and xylitol to assist with remineralization and elimination of bacteria.
